Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, American Express and ApplePay. We only take payment once your order has been shipped. We also accept payment by PayPal or Afterpay. 

Where is my refund?

We aim to process refunds within three (3) days of an item being returned to us. Please note, however, that your bank or credit card may take several days to process the payment back into your account. With that said, please allow up to ten (10) working days after posting the item back to us before getting in touch about your refund. We’ll contact you by email to let you know when your refund has been processed.

Ordering and delivery

Can I place an order without creating an account?

Yes. You can place an order as a guest with no obligation to create an account. We do recommend that you create an account, however, if you’d like to check your order history and have your shopping basket items and payment details saved for next time. It’s quick and easy to create an account. Simply click on the 3 vertical dots to the top right hand side of the home page (next to the shopping cart) and select 'register'. Another way to create an account is during the checkout process.

Where is my order confirmation?

This is automatically sent to your email address when you place an order. If you haven’t received your order confirmation within 24 hours, please get in touch at info@everydaylivingecostore.com.au, just in case there’s a problem with your order. Please check your mailbox’s spam or junk folder before contacting in case the order confirmation has been diverted there.

Why has my order been canceled?

We typically only cancel orders if there’s a problem with stock, or if you’ve asked us to cancel. Please accept our apologies if your order is canceled because of a problem at our end. We’ll always offer an alternative product and process your refund in full, as quickly as possible.

How do I cancel my order?

There is only a short amount of time between when you place your order and when we start processing it. If you contact us straight away after ordering, via info@everydaylivingecostore.com.au, we may be able to cancel your order before it’s processed. If not, we’ll despatch your order and then you can return it to us if you wish upon receiving it.

Can I alter my order?

Generally, we’re unable to modify your order once we’ve started processing it. However, if you have realised shortly after placing your order that it needs altering, please contact info@everydaylivingecostore.com.au as soon as possible. If we have not already completed processing your order, we can alter it without issue, however after the order has left our premises we will be unable to alter the order. 

When will my order arrive?

Your parcel is being sent from Brisbane using Sendle, a 100% carbon-neutral delivery service. Sendle provide up-to-date tracking for each parcel and will provide an estimated delivery date. As a general guide, you can expect these delivery times after dispatch:

Brisbane, Gold Coast, Toowoomba: same or next business day
Albury, Bundaberg, Canberra, Central Coast, Coffs Harbour, Mackay, Maryborough, Northern Rivers, Port Macquarie, Rockhampton, Sunshine Coast, Sydney, Wollongong: up to 2 business days
Adelaide, Cairns, Geelong, Melbourne, Townsville: up to 3 business days
Bendigo: up to 4 business days
Darwin: up to 5 business days
Hobart, Launceston: up to 7 business days
Perth: up to 10 business days
 
Please note, more rural destinations may take longer.

Please also note that we are experiencing some nationwide delays to the above mentioned delivery times during the COVID-19 global pandemic and apologise in advance for this. 

We endeavour to dispatch orders as quickly as possible but can guarantee dispatch within 2 business days (unless otherwise stated at checkout).

Can I get express shipping?

We do not offer express shipping as standard for the reasons outlined below however if you contact us directly at info@everydaylivingecostore.com.au, we can arrange it for you using an alternate courier.

Unfortunately, Sendle does not offer express shipping, Their delivery times, however, are very competitive to some destinations (outlined above).

Sendle is a 100% carbon neutral service and a B Corp. They have partnered with South Pole Group to offset the emissions of every parcel that is collected and delivered.

How much is shipping?

Our standard shipping within Australia is $9.95. However, should you purchase $100 or more, shipping will be free. 

Can I track my order?

Yes. We’ll provide updates at every stage of your order, from the moment you place it, through to despatch and delivery. In your delivery confirmation emails, you’ll receive a tracking reference which you can use to check the progress of your order online.
